Investigations undertaken during the last 2-3 months, have resulted in the Company observing illegal sales of educational packages by some unscrupulous IMAs. This has caused damage to the Company since these packages are being sold below the stipulated prices.
So, with immediate effect, we have introduced a new method of payment to secure the efforts of all hardworking IMAs, for whom we continuously strive to improve our system to enable achievement of the success we all desire.
The new method of payment is 75% Cash Account and 25% Bank wire/USDT/BTC. This new payment system is being implemented with the objective of protecting our network and verifying all sales which occur.
While this temporary measure has been put in place, it will allow us the opportunity to empty the cash accounts and freeze violators. Due to the fact that all ONE transactions take longer to be processed for migration, it was decided to convert them back to promotional Tokens and credit the accounts to whom they belonged. Recently, with the migration process, it appears that there are some members experiencing difficulty in their attempts to reset their passwords due to the following errors:
1. Could not determine active user. It is possible that more than one user has the same email.
2. The user does not exist or is not confirmed.
We would like to provide you with some answers regarding such issues.
In the current system, we have merged your respective accounts into a single profile and through this profile you have access to each of your accounts and can switch from one to another freely without the need to logout and login each time. This creates certain rules regarding the usage of your email. Currently there can be only one profile with each email.
However, there are multiple profiles with the same email address and different phone numbers used by multiple people for more than one profiles. In order for you to reset your password, each profile must hold a unique email and all profiles that have duplicate emails must be changed.
Currently our support team are going through the requests from members who are unable to login or unable to reset their password and each case is reviewed by our Compliance team.
We would like to inform our members that the fee of 30 Euros, for change of email and/or phone number, or merging different profiles into a single (that were split due to different information provided such as different: phone number, email or KYC documents) applies as it was in the old system.
Please be informed that each email change is done after they confirm the ownership of the profile for which they require the following:
*a copy of a document that could serve as a Proof of ID (copy of passport or ID card) for the KYC verification procedure

Changed Behaviour is the Best Apology
|

Hey Friends,
I want to share a couple of thoughts with you. One of the main ones is that the best apology is changed behaviour. I know we have said we apologised for various things within the network. In fact, I have apologised for various things and to many persons. Whether I am your upline or not. I extended apologies for whoever may have misled or lied to you or made promises due to the lack of understanding. You are now in the business under false pretenses, and you want to know what is happening, where is the Exchange the Exchange the Exchange!!!
Friends let me help you, the Exchange is a part of the Ecosystem and it will not be removed. The Exchange will happen. The question is: What will make the exchange happen? There are two criteria: Numbers and Legality. One of the two is what is going to create the Exchange. Let us be honest though, are we not building over and creating the Ecosystem to the highest possible functionality that exists? Especially as it relates to fitting the criteria of digital identity, and every aspect of what we would need to be the chosen One among the 8,000+ coins that exist!
Colleagues, friends, and haters, I know that the best way to apologise is changed behaviour. If you are paying attention, you would see that our behaviour is geared in the right direction with the right steps. Momentum is building and I know that the Rise of the One Ecosystem will be the Event of the year. I strongly urge you to position yourself at that event. Make it a date and don’t be late!
Colleagues, I am excited, passionate, and persuaded by what is happening across the globe. IMAs are finally willing enough to function in the correct manner. My friend from Italy Marco Agnelli sent me a video clip speaking about the “Wolf of Wall Street”. He spoke about what we are selling. Could you sell a pen to me? If you do not know the movie, you would not understand the selling of the pen concept we speak of, so I suggest you look at the movie. In other words, what are we selling? How do you show that there is a need in the marketplace for our product and a need for any individual who buys the concept? Are you showing the person to whom you want to sell, that this is the answer, need and solution? Or are you trying to oversell the product and not sell to the needs of the people?
These are the types of trainings that the Core Teams would like to bring to you, especially OneAcademy and OneLife. What is taking place in the structure of the network now is so dynamic. Soon, and very soon, you will see it funnel into more effectiveness.
I want to encourage you all to become the one destined to be. Show that you have or will apologize for whatever wrong you or former leader may have done in the past by you changed behavior. Let us grow up and show up. Let us build and focus, love and push to the higher calling that is upon us. You know me, One Ecosystem adds More to Life.
