Investigations undertaken during the last 2-3 months, have resulted in the Company observing illegal sales of educational packages by some unscrupulous IMAs. This has caused damage to the Company since these packages are being sold below the stipulated prices.
So, with immediate effect, we have introduced a new method of payment to secure the efforts of all hardworking IMAs, for whom we continuously strive to improve our system to enable achievement of the success we all desire.

Recently, with the migration process, it appears that there are some members experiencing difficulty in their attempts to reset their passwords due to the following errors:
1. Could not determine active user. It is possible that more than one user has the same email.
2. The user does not exist or is not confirmed.
We would like to provide you with some answers regarding such issues.
In the current system, we have merged your respective accounts into a single profile and through this profile you have access to each of your accounts and can switch from one to another freely without the need to logout and login each time. This creates certain rules regarding the usage of your email. Currently there can be only one profile with each email.
However, there are multiple profiles with the same email address and different phone numbers used by multiple people for more than one profiles. In order for you to reset your password, each profile must hold a unique email and all profiles that have duplicate emails must be changed.
Currently our support team are going through the requests from members who are unable to login or unable to reset their password and each case is reviewed by our Compliance team.
We would like to inform our members that the fee of 30 Euros, for change of email and/or phone number, or merging different profiles into a single (that were split due to different information provided such as different: phone number, email or KYC documents) applies as it was in the old system.
Please be informed that each email change is done after they confirm the ownership of the profile for which they require the following:
*a copy of a document that could serve as a Proof of ID (copy of passport or ID card) for the KYC verification procedure
*a copy of a document that could serve as a Proof of address for the KYC verification procedure.

This is because any account with a different name, but same email address, phone number or any other form of conflicting information with another account, will result in IMAs having issues and as a result these profiles must be separated.
It is therefore mandatory that this fee is paid for one main reason: Digital Identity! Digital Identity means that as an IMA you must be identified as an individual through the connection of your email or phone number, especially for two factor authentication (2FA) verification methods.

To all my One Ecosystem believers, I have so much excitement inside me and so much to say, that I hope I can again contain myself and not attempt write a book to you! I am going to do my best to be short and sweet.
I must say that the European tour has been a great success! I still have two locations to visit and there may be a couple more. This tour resulted in the creation of many new bonds and friendships. I have seen much strength in the market, and I realize that one of the biggest things in the World is to just spread, give and provide love. It is as the author and creator of love said: The Greatest Commandment. The best emotion a human can show is love. Once you have God’s love inside you, love to and for others will be unconditional and supportive, kind and forgiving, even when people do the worst things.
For me, I want to be a person who learns to demonstrate and give love, not just with words, but actions. Many forget that love is an action word. Our One Ecosystem is love, personified, and actioned at the highest level.
My friend from Argentina, Violeta, shared with me a statement she saw that says; «Don’t fake it till you make it. That’s garbage advice. Face it till you make it.» I remember I used to get the advice to fake it till you make it, but that is completely wrong. We need to face it till we make it. We should get up, work hard, fail, fall, stand back up and face it all again with more strength and repeat. Do not repeat your errors, repeat getting up until you make it.
Right now, this network is getting up and making it. We are not faking understanding; we sell it because we truly profoundly understand. What we have with One EcoSystem is clear understanding and each IMA is expected to demonstrate being an educated miner and this is how we will attract more persons to our One EcoSystem.
Even though the Company’s Logo of One EcoSystem has been upgraded; it is important to note that the Company as a Fintech Company, continues to focus on the Coin and everything surrounding it, all its systems and processes, including the back office and all the technologies. These aspects are the Company’s responsibility, not mine or yours. Our responsibility is to give value to the Coin by adding more and more educated miners to the system who would come into the understanding of what it has to offer. The newly launched IMA One EcoSystem Logo, however, is people-focused, people-centered, and people-driven with connectivity to all the elements that educate and empower us to develop more people more educated miners and more usability. This is our responsibility.
I am extremely excited, passionate, and persuaded about this One Ecosystem and the full rebranding, retooling and renewal of it. It is brand new to me because the leadership in place globally are saying the right things and would continue to do so. I am excited about that. It is only going to get more and more Dynamic, take it from me!!
So, friends, colleagues and all the loved ones I have globally, hold the faith, fight the good fight, and let us press towards the higher calling: To serve the masses. Service to many leads to greatness. I want to be part of the minority who serves the majority. Are you the minority leader who will love people beyond their past misunderstandings and teach them that they can learn?
Colleagues, let us pump, go and run to become the Diamond. Every opportunity has been provided for us to be Diamond. Get to that Diamond Trip and position yourself for the Event.
